The IPU Pharmacist assists with handling the needs of hospice patients in the In-Patient Unit setting.
This is an After Hours role.
Shift: 7 days on, 7 days off (Thurs- Wed shift);
Thurs 8:00pm – 8:30am ET;
Fri/Sat 8:00pm – 9:00am ET;
Sun 8:00pm – 8:30am ET;
Mon 10:00pm – 8:30am ET;
Tues 11:00pm – 8:30am ET;
Wed 11:00pm – 8:30am ET
Training schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM to 5:30PM EST for 12-14 weeks
Location: Remote TN or PA
