Job description
An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks a Family Medicine physician to join their newly renovated clinic housing an established, collegial team in northeastern Iowa due to an upcoming retirement:
- 4-day workweek, outpatient only
- Low patient volume of 12-15 per day with a focus on quality of care
- Specialty interests (i.e., procedures, leadership) are encouraged and can be supported
- EPIC EMR to go live in 2025
- Experienced nursing and support staff including a dedicated medical assistant
- IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
- Up to $375,000 permanent base salary, potential for RVU production bonus, quality bonus, relocation assistance, inhouse student loan assistance, and more!
