Job Description
We are looking for an information security principal engineer reporting into IAM solution delivery team to develop solutions in IAM space for cloud services.
The solution lead will directly work with cloud engineering, IAM engineering and operational resources through collaboration to develop IAM capabilities for the cloud services .
This principal engineer role is a technical position which will support development of strategies, capabilities in IAM space for cloud initiatives.
Prefer a candidate that has hands-on experience and extensive knowledge in IAM capabilities for various cloud providers like Azure, GCP and AWS.
Should have knowledge and worked with various Identity and access data elements and functions.
This position will support the IAM Organization in knowledge and alignment with Information Cyber Security (ICS) and IAM organizations for access needs.
Deliver process consistency across EIT supporting Access Management initiatives
Works with a variety complex applications and/or application initiatives.
Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible factors.
Assist with solution design for developing IAM capabilities for cloud services.
Build and maintain strong relationships within a variety of teams throughout the organization.
Serves as the highest level of information security consultant to all internal clients and technical management in all areas of the business to ensure conformity with corporate information security standards.
Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff
Successful candidate will work closely with the various stake holders within IAM, Information Security Management, Risk, and with business lines and technology leadership across the enterprise in the execution of the WF strategies/objectives.
Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to effectively engage in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas, and have a strong operational focus
Develop capabilities to secure IAM cloud process for all IAM users including policy creation, MFA, audit, and incident response. Manage the lifecycle of the cloud user
Become the subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to the cloud
