Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots and pans

Job Type:  Full time, Part time

Compensation: $17.00 (City of Seattle: $19.97 per hour) - $21.00 per hour ; participation in tip share.

Benefits:

• Paid time off, 1 hour per every 40 hours worked up to year 3; 1.54 hours per every 40 hours worked thereafter; eligible after 90 days.

• Holiday Pay: Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day paid 1.5 times base wage if worked, based on eligibility.

We’re in search of an enthusiastic and dependable team player to join our 13 Coins family as a Dishwasher. 13 Coins is an iconic establishment that has been serving the greater Seattle area for 50+ years. We are an upscale restaurant, featuring a wide variety of menu items that are prepared in our exhibition-style kitchen. Come visit us to get an idea of the classic 13 Coins experience- we highly recommend sitting at the counter!

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain dish room and dish machine
• Daily cleaning of the back of the restaurant, which includes all kitchen, storage, office and employee areas
• Wash all cooking equipment as needed including proper soaking, sorting and washing all flatware etc.
• Perform some food prep duties as directed
• Perform additional responsibilities, although not as detailed, as requested by the Lead Cook, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager or Dining Room Manager at any time
