Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Integrations to join our team at InductEV. They will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing InductEV technology and software, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, electrical systems, and software. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development of system requirements and integration strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic objectives for seamless integration of InductEV technology into vehicle systems.
- Oversee the documentation process, ensuring detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and component layouts adhere to automotive design guidelines and industry standards.
- Ensure comprehensive test plans are developed to encompass functional, performance, and durability tests, aligning with regulatory standards such as FMVSS and ECE R100.
- Direct integration testing efforts both within the lab environment and on vehicles to identify and resolve integration issues promptly.
- Implement advanced troubleshooting techniques and lead root cause analysis to address arising issues effectively.
- Implement Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) techniques at a strategic level to anticipate potential integration risks and proactively mitigate them.
- Develop risk management strategies to ensure the robustness and reliability of integrated systems.
- Establish strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party vendors to align integration efforts with industry best practices.
- Lead efforts to continuously enhance the integration process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews of integration projects to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process optimization, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement change management processes to effectively manage changes in integration strategies, requirements, and project scope.
- Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to ongoing integration efforts.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in automotive integration, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations, including ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and FMVSS/ECE regulations.
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing integration strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Experience with Electric Vehicles (Preferred but not required)
