Summary
trueU is looking for an account manager with sales experience who resonates with the mission of trueU and can effectively grow & retain its membership base. This position reports directly to the Chief Culture Officer of trueU.

Job Responsibilities
- Accountability for maintaining the lifecycle of a member including onboarding, goal setting, and regular touch points with key stakeholders (CSUITE/HR Leaders/People Leaders) to affirm value and goal achievement (virtual and/or in-person).
- Giving the highest priority of member satisfaction by establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
- Upsell leadership programs and other assessments to achieve non-membership revenue goals.
- Understand the business goals of our members and provide recommendations on culture & people development to help them achieve desired outcomes.
- Represent trueU at various member events and those hosted and/or sponsored by trueU.
- Member relationship cultivation and retention.
- Contribute content ideas to various communication mediums including but not limited to monthly newsletters, event invitations, customized learning paths, and engagement plans.
- Provide consistent reporting and tracking of member status & engagement activity.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Passion for the mission of trueU.
- 5 or more years of business experience preferably with a membership-based or professional services organization.
- Experience in account management with a sales background and a track record of exceeding goals in a business-to-business environment.
- Business acumen to understand how member businesses are run, able to uncover the priorities of the business, understand their profitability model, and how trueU can help positively impact their goals.
- Strong personal network and a track record of building valuable relationships.

- Exceptional team player who values the abilities and contributions of all members of the team.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- C-suite, business coaching, or Learning and Development experience in a professional setting.
- High level of organizational skills and self-discipline to manage multiple leads/referrals at a time.
- On a personal and professional growth journey.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite of programs and usage of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
