Marketing Programs Intern:
The Marketing Programs Intern will support the Loyalty and Promotions team on several projects:
- My Lennox Rewards National Launch Support
- Assist the program manager with the with the launch and drip campaign communication to both the field and customer audiences.
- Coordinate monthly meetings with the sales and stores teams to collect feedback on how the program is tracking and identifying areas of improvement.

- Premier Dealer Factory and Corporate Tour Support
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers who attended the spring Factory or Corporate office tours to understand what improvements can be made for the upcoming fall tours.
- Help to build the framework for executive hindsight reviews and analysis of customer buying or ‘engagement’ behavior before and after attending either tour.
- Help to coordinate scheduling and booking venues, hotels, and transportation for the customers while they are in town.

- Co-op Marketing Re-Platform Support
- Shadow the program manager during the IT Discovery and Scoping phases of the Co-op programs re-platform project.
- Support with identifying key stakeholders from the field and customer audience to collect feedback and input on the design of the new platform.
- Participate in UAT (user acceptance testing) of the new platform and provide feedback to IT/vendor on any bugs or adjustments that need to be made.

- Work cross-functionally with members of the retail and national accounts team to identify areas of improvement and gaps in our current loyalty program or promotional offerings.
- Collaborate with external partner vendors to ideate & build new potential offerings for both consumers and dealers to incentivize repeat business.

At the close of the internship, this candidate will have had the opportunity to work closely on multiple marketing programs at various critical stages. Each project will have its own unique characteristics and will provide valuable experience in overcoming challenges, planning and aligning across departments, influencing without direct leadership and hone executive presentation and communication skills. The Loyalty & Promotions intern will be able to contribute to the overall End-to-End loyalty roadmap and share the key learnings as part of their final presentation.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Students on the path towards a bachelor’s of Marketing, Sales or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service and or sales support.
- Able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with others.
