What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients, communicate with adversaries, negotiate and draft various types of business contracts
• Provide partners with support for their matters, operating in a team environment
• Review and negotiate commercial real estate leases and financial documents and do closings
• Spend time marketing and networking to obtain your own new clients

What You Bring

• Education: Juris Doctor Degree plus admission to NY state bar
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Transactions .  Experience with employment related matters is a plus
• Excellent writing, organizational, analytical and negotiation skills, plus outstanding client communication and management skills
• Eager to be involved in business development with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Portable business and a business background are preferred
• Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence
