Hiring: Case Manager

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION!

Must be in Miami, Florida (Office is in Doral, Fl)

Court Options is an established Pre Trial Diversion company that has been at the forefront of diversion services for close to twenty years in South Florida and throughout the state. We are looking for a case manager in our Doral office. Must have office experience. Legal experience preferred. Preferred applicants are bilingual.

Details:

• Will experience many different areas of the legal system. 
• The areas will include but not be limited to; ZOOM court representation, initial intakes, and registrations for participants referred to the programs, case management, etc.
• Deal with different branches of the legal system; these will include prosecutors, judges, public defenders, private criminal representation, bailiffs, county clerks, and probation and pretrial officers as well.
• Handle high-volume caseloads.
• Monthly bonus opportunity available. 
• Full-time preferred.
• Full-time case managers are able to work remotely 1 day a week after training.

Responsibilities:

• Handle ST/revokes/case management duties. 
• Handle phone calls and assist clients on a daily basis.
• Appear in court (virtually) as needed. 
• Assist clients in registering for programs and substance abuse evaluations.
• Keep caseload organized.
