Are you a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for a new opportunity in Denver? Boesen Law is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys through all phases of the case. Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial exhibits.
Organize and maintain case files using electronic databases and document management systems.
Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations, and legal articles to support case strategies.
Assist with drafting and reviewing correspondence, deposition summaries, and other legal documents.
Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to gather information and coordinate case-related activities.
Assist attorneys in preparing for trial, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and assignments.
Support attorneys during trial, including assisting with witness preparation and exhibit management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
Proficient in using legal research platforms and case management software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $64,501.00 - $80,000.00 per year (Depending on Experience)
