We are currently looking for an Admissions Nurse - LPN to join our team at Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation!

Shift: 10a-10p, 4 days/week - includes 1 weekend day

What to expect:

The primary purpose of your job is to plan and coordinate admission and discharges to and from the facility.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university or an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Admissions experience a plus, but not required.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
