The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific production programs ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals in the electronics manufacturing floor.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the total understanding of customer product specifications, schedules and needs.
• Review the quarter production build schedules for the program and review with all stake holders
• Constantly monitor the schedule and report on progress of the production programs to all stakeholders.
• Present weekly reports defining production build progress, shipments, problems and solutions.
• Monitor the production schedule, take timely action on delays, and work with production and engineering managers on schedule recovery.
• Implement and manage changes that impact schedule and interventions to achieve on-time delivery.
• Attend weekly meeting with customers, communicate schedule status and commitment.
• Responsible for the overall progress of the month production delivery plan
• Develop and maintain positive relationships cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical , Industrial or System).
• 5-10 years of experience in managing production or engineering projects.
• The ability to present information to a variety of audiences including Engineers, Management, Customers, Vendors, peers, etc.
• Working experience with Quality Management systems.
• Ability to translate complex commercial and technical requirements for all involved in the project.
• Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace.

• Fluent domain of the English language: ability to read, write and speak English well.
• Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
