Job description

Silicon Valley International School is seeking a full-time accounts payable (AP) specialist to join our finance team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This individual will play a key role in the financial functions of the school, supporting the Controller. This individual will be someone who is detail-oriented, takes the initiative, has a can-do attitude, and is a team player.

Our package comprises medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, paid vacation time, and paid sick leave. The salary range for the present position ranges from $31.00 to $35.00 per hour. The final salary package is contingent on the individual's skill set, experience, and educational qualifications. This position requires the individual to be present on-site from Monday through Friday.

It is a prerequisite that all potential candidates have received full vaccination against COVID-19. However, the school is willing to consider exceptions on the grounds of medical or religious beliefs. In such cases, we require that the individuals provide us with valid and appropriate documentation to support their request for exemption.
