(LONG TERM CARE)(SHORT TERM REHAB)(SKILLED NURSING)(ASSISTED LIVING)(LTACH)(SUB ACUTE CARE) Now Hiring -
Driver - (city), (state-2 ltr abbrev)(CENTER or BUILDING) The
Driver will be responsible, but is not limited to:
- Safely transport patients/residents to appointments and other recreational activities
- Maintain appropriate documentation for each trip
- Pick up, clean and calibrate equpment as required
- Perform small maintenance on vehicle
- Maintain vehicle milage/vehicle check log and service schedule.
- Report vehicle concerns to Director for correction.
- Properly exchange Emergency Kits (E-Kits) at facilities.
- Maintain return delivery documentation as requires
- Ensure communication with supervisors for additional assignments prior to ending the shift.
- Able and willing to drive in various weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean work environment (I.e. leave the vehicle interior clean)
- Become familiar with all routed and be able to efficiently adjust the route for weather conditions and construction.
- Participate in continuing education programs
- Attend staff meetings as required
- Wear appropriate attire/uniform furnished
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Position Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of driver services experience
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
