Job Title: Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Type: Full-time

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

What you will be doing:

• Answering incoming calls
• Making outbound calls
• Scheduling routine maintenance appointments
• Working with owner on Job Costing
• Supporting administrative task for installation and service department
• Maintain customer database with current information
• Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers
• We use ServiceTitan, a cloud-based CRM system

Qualifications / Skills:

• 2 years related experience in customer service, office admin, project coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing or construction industry recommended but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• A pleasant phone demeanor and desire to provide high quality customer service
• Professional phone skills multi-line phone systems
• CRM / ERP database experience, we use ServiceTitan a cloud-based system
• Microsoft Office products experience specifically Word, Excel
• Ability to type 40+ WPM
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized and ability to work independently & as a team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check and drug screen
