This individual will be responsible for establishing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy development and execution. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and orientation
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Manage employee relations issues effectively, fostering a positive and respectful work environment
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and incorporate them into our HR strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in building and leading HR departments
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
