Job description

Enumerate is looking for a Product Owner to join our team!

Join us in scaling our innovative technology within the Property Technology Industry. In this role, you ll own a communication product built for community association management companies and community associations. Some of the current features our clients love are the communication automation, resident self-service features, accounting software integration and a great user experience for both managers and residents.

Going forward, you ll help us define and drive the launch of features and integration work, as well as any new products and services. As feature recommendations are suggested, you ll validate and prove them out before engineering gets started.

This position will work closely with our team of 5 Product Owner and Managers, while reporting to the General Manager of Product & Business Transformation. This full time, salaried role is remote eligible, with preference for candidates in CST or EST, and has a budgeted compensation range of 80-95k.

You should have
  • Required: 3+ years of experience as a product owner on a successful software product
  • Preferred: Experience in Property Management/HOA vertical
  • Preferred: BA/BS, in a relevant business or technical discipline preferred (or equal work experience)
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with the team and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time, typically two days for quarterly planning.
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
What you ll do
  • As a partner with Product Management, the Product Owner will be responsible for translating business needs into technological designs for the Development organization to build from. 
  • Responsible for writing User Stories associated with Enumerate Central and Engage initiatives and working with the Development organization to estimate, prioritize and confirm feature requirements.
  • Working within the Agile framework, participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Release Management and Quarterly planning.
  • Manage the product backlog and keep prioritization current based upon changing requirements.
  • Create and publish knowledge-based articles or blogs outlining product features and use cases that highlight the value to customers.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process, with a diligent focus on execution and delivery.
  • Work closely with your cross-functional business partners to gather feedback from sales, support and other internal channels about new features, issues and other opportunities.

3+ years of experience as a product owner on a successful software product
