THIS IS A FLEXIBLE FULL TIME POSITION
Pay Range: $26.66 - $27.66 / hour
50 cent increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review
Shift differential: $1.00 per hour between 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am Thursday, Friday, Saturday + every other Wednesday

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Accurate loading and unloading of trailers per pick ticket requirements
- Perform multiple tasks under fast paced conditions in a workstation arrangement
- Keeping work area clean and hazard free
- Unload / Rework damaged / refused loads
- Utilization of SAP reports to evaluate and action plan inventory for daily production demand
- Proper utilization of warehouse space
- Maintain workstation in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and Good Manufacturing practices
- Ensure that all information concerning load out on BOL’s is complete and accurate
- Ensure quality standards of product being shipped
- Proper loading techniques (use of air bags, dividers, and load bars as required)
- Daily communication updates with Resources and Managers
- Interact with warehouse team members and quality control to maximize output and efficiency
- Other duties as required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Two or more years prior forklift experience with a solid safety record, ideally in a fast-paced forklift environment
Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs
Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and business management software, SAP preferred
Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced forklift environment
Ability to work independently or with a team with solid communication skills
Solid problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times over a 12-hour shift, basic math and reading skills
Willingness to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidays
Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot and cold)
