Responsibilities

As an Insurance Telemarketer at Cory Washam Ins Agency Inc Farmers Insurance, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential clients over the phone to introduce our insurance products and services
• Effectively communicating key features and benefits of our insurance policies
• Building rapport with potential customers and addressing their concerns or questions
• Identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for our agents
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Following up with leads and nurturing relationships to convert them into policyholders
• Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

To excel in the role of Insurance Telemarketer, you should meet the following requirements:

• Positive and inviting communication style with excellent phone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
