The Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of swimming pool service and sales operations. This multifaceted position involves effective communication, adept problem-solving, and efficient scheduling to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians.
- Provide timely and clear communication regarding service schedules, updates, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified and customer-centric approach.
Scheduling:
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate service appointments for residential and commercial clients.
- Optimize technician routes and ensure timely arrivals for appointments.
- Manage and update the service calendar with accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem-solving:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with service technicians to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance overall service delivery.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports to track service performance and identify trends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating services.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Prior experience in the swimming pool industry is a plus.
