Job description
Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective pre-construction services and processes.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of projects in line with the established project management process.
- Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders, and oversee the execution of these contracts.
- Manage change orders and ensure timely close-outs.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of bidding, pre-construction services, project management, budget control, subcontracts/purchase orders, and close-outs.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
