The Divisional Chief Financial Officer - Specialty Outpatient will contribute significantly to optimizing financial performance, advancing strategic planning, and supporting the growth of our Specialty Outpatient business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a key Strategic Business Partner to the President of the Specialty Outpatient business and the Company CFO, driving financial performance through exceptional business acumen financial disciplines
- Collaborate closely with the Specialty Outpatient leadership team to develop comprehensive business strategies and be subsequently responsible for overseeing their execution.
- Assist in continuing to drive significant and continued organic growth in the business, including in our national account segment, by expanding our product and service offering to existing customers and through continued acquisition of new customer business
- Continue to drive appropriate strategic and tactical pricing strategies across the business
- Enhance the business’ capabilities to analyze and expand gross profitability by customer, product, and location
- Implement and utilize rigorous reporting and analytical tools to drive business performance and deliver on annual operating plan commitments.
- Ensure continued execution of the Company’s differentiated service model to its customers
- Coordinate closely with Operations team to drive plant productivity
- Estimated 40-60% of time will be spent on company travel (for at least first 12 months)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting with at least 2 years in a Corporate or Divisional leadership role, with (preferred) experience working in a multi-site manufacturing or distribution business
- BA or BS in Finance or a related field – MBA strongly preferred
- Reasonable familiarity and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ability to understand/interpret financial statements
- Experience with process and system improvement activities (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Demonstrated self-starter, able to work effectively both independently and in a heavily team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively to senior management and other stakeholders (written, orally and via presentation materials)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS-Office and comfortable working in multi-applications system environment
