Your responsibilities will include managing case files and facilitating communication between clients and legal professionals. If you possess the following qualities, you could be the perfect fit for our team: • A strong drive to succeed and a sense of pride in your work • A commitment to high standards and a passion for excellence • A genuine enjoyment of helping and interacting with people • An empathetic nature when dealing with individuals who have been injured • The ability to handle multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail • A preference for a fast-paced work environment Full-Time Benefits: • Medical coverage • Dental and Vision coverage • Supplemental insurance available • Company paid life insurance • 401k retirement plan Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain detailed case files, including legal documents, correspondence, and client communications. • Ensure all necessary actions are taken promptly by tracking case timelines and deadlines. • Regularly update and maintain case management software/database. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about the status of their cases. • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • Obtain necessary information and documentation from clients, including updated injuries and a list of providers. • Facilitate communication between legal professionals, clients, and external parties. • Ensure timely sharing of information within the legal team and your attorney. • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports. • Collect all relevant medical records and bills. • Request billing ledgers, review outstanding balances, and list of providers. Ensure timely billing and/or a lien is in place. • Assist with resolving contractual issues with Medicare and Medicaid, etc. • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff. • Attend team meetings and case review sessions to provide updates on case statuses. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Familiarity with various legal practice areas is a plus. • Good customer service skills. • General computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Experience in Personal Injury Law, medical, and/or insurance industries preferred. • Fluent English speaking a must, Spanish bi-lingual preferred.
