Come join our growing team! We are looking for a Merger and Acquisition Manager for our healthcare expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the team by providing administrative and project management.
- Develops, organizes, implements, and monitors projects
- Coordinates projects ensuring proper planning and execution
- Responds with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing project schedules
- Performs consistent, timely follow-ups with vendors and suppliers
- Organizes, attends, and participates in management and/or project meetings
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Prepares written documents, reports, executive summaries, and project deliverables/artifacts on behalf of senior leadership
- Interfaces with internal and external parties daily to coordinate all aspects of work
- Collaborates with other departments to improve efficiencies
- Manages expectations (internal/external) and coordinate critical schedule path with all necessary personnel.
- All other responsibilities to be communicated by CEO
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business management or related field, or 3 years of relevant administrative experience, bachelor’s preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite and database management programs
- Knowledge and/or experience in healthcare or project management is preferred
- Mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to review and complete various financial, administrative, and legal documents
- Proficient in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct, daily supervision
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
