Job description
Under the supervisor of youth programs and/or the program's director, the program's assistant is responsible for the supervision of a specific age group of children as assigned. The employee must administer the various after-school, special events, and other activities according to the policies and objectives established by the program supervisor. Staff must also have the ability to relate to children from all social and economic segments of the community. Staff must understand their relationship with the students, Site Directors, the Program Supervisor, and to the Public.
