About Walmart End-To-End Finance

Walmart's End-To-End Finance Team is hiring a Finance Manager (Level 170–H) to support our Innovation & Automation for Ambient and Perishable divisions of Distribution Networks for Walmart US Stores . You’ll partner across our Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering and Innovation Teams, and the large network of Walmart Stores by providing insightful financial analysis and decision support while facilitating connectivity on decisions and impacts . Reporting to the Director of Walmart E2E Finance, you'll provide Strategic Decision Support Analysis and Reporting through operational and process design for businesses across our large US Retail footprint. You’ll rely on your skills in financial analysis, finance strategy, decision support and reporting, data visualization , and financial storytelling to solve complex financial problems.

How you'll make an impact:

• Evaluate and support future investment decisions through financial analysis, risk assessment and partnership with our engineering leaders
• Oversee and Manage Short and Long-term Strategic Financial Planning by partnering with different business leaders to assess multiple segment goals
• Establish and Communicate Financial Targets by providing insights and identifying risk levels determined for the financial plan
• Use Project and Business Management Skills to advise leadership on financial projection risks and provide sound solutions derived from relevant historical trends, expected future events, and changing trends in the retail sphere
• Prepare Communications and Presentations on strategic input for decisions

What you'll bring:

• You have 3+ years ’ experience in financial analysis, decision support, financial reporting, data modeling, analytics tools or related retail or supply chain financial analysis with a large corporation or management consulting firm.
• You have finance experience with Excel (can perform complex functions), Tableau, Power BI, Analytics tools for finance or operations, SQL or Query for ANSI-compliant relational databases.
• You have experience in FP&A and building financial models for retail or supply chain operations within a large corporate environment.
• You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models.
• You excel at presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.
