Job Summary
As a member of the Finance Tech Chief of Staff team, you will drive strategy development and operationalization of critical efforts that support the organization, our business customers and teams across the company. In this role you will work with the Senior Leadership Team to glean inputs and shape strategies which will focus on Engineering Excellence, Operations, and the growth and development of the Engineering team more broadly. This role will require strong relationships with smart and passionate leaders across Finance, Finance Tech and the company to develop the necessary strategic partnerships. You will be challenged to excel and lead alongside the brightest talent in the industry. Some examples of projects may include Engineering Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Associate Development, OKR delivery, Organizational development and more. These efforts will require interactions, facilitation, and influencing across all levels.
What You’ll Do :
Partner with leaders across the broader Finance Tech, Finance Business, and Enterprise teams to support the development, engagement, alignment and delivery of strategies and plans
Be a force-multiplier driving the effectiveness of the team
Independently create action plans and path forward for horizontal projects as well as execute and report on status of efforts
Partner closely with the leadership team and key partner teams (Finance, Cyber, HR, etc) to develop mechanisms aligned to deliver strategic horizontal efforts
Deliver ad hoc requests to support the needs of the leadership team and company
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 7 Years of experience in Project Management
At least 3 years of experience in managing senior stakeholders across business functions
At least 3 years of experience in writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree
8+ years of experience in Project Management
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
3+ years of experience in Product management or product operations
