SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for its client in Lancaster, CA . The person will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering robust customer relationships. This position entails identifying new business prospects, overseeing existing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet and surpass territory sales targets.
- Sustain strong relationships with current and potential customers through consistent communication and visits.
- Undertake market research to pinpoint trends, competitor activities, and avenues for business enlargement.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, monitor leads, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Work closely with internal teams, encompassing operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
- Engage in negotiations with customers to finalize contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
- Furnish regular reports on sales activities, accomplishments, and hurdles to the regional sales manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ year of experience in outbound prospecting.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or related CRM systems is required.
- Ability to communicate verbally within a professional setting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products required.
- A valid driver’s license.
