Job description
We are seeking a qualified Locums
Emergency Medicine Physician to join our brand new, state-of-the-art emergency
department in Arizona. This facility boasts 75 ED beds and handles a high
annual volume of 85,000 patients, making it the 3rd busiest ED in the state.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency medical care to a diverse patient
population
- Work 10-12 hour shifts in a Level 4 Trauma center
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and
Scribe coverage
- Manage EMS arrivals, averaging 35 per day
- Utilize strong clinical skills in a fast-paced
environment
- Cover all specialties except Pediatrics,
Neurosurgery, ENT, and OMFS.
Qualifications:
- EM residency trained or ABEM/AOBEM certified/eligible
- Must be current for Board Eligible ONLY
- ACLS, ATLS, Board Certified, PALS certifications
- Active Arizona state medical license
