Job description

- Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design and process design to gather the requirements and translate them into actionable user stories for the development team
- Analyze the business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a plan of RPA strategy
- Create requirements documentation and user stories
- Work closely with the development team to explain the requirements and assist with any clarifications needed
- Good experience with Agile methodology
- Need to have strong communication skills
- Critical thinking and a great level of curiosity
- Logical thinking to find the hidden opportunities of the business process
- Leadership skills to lead conversations with the business and handle the project team until delivery of the project
- Strategic planning approach to meet business needs
- More than 7 years of experience in similar position
