Job description
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Piscataway, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required) Responsibilities: Perform general office clerk duties and administrative tasks Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents Manage calendars and schedule appointments or meetings Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members Benefits: Pay: $23.00 per hour 8 hour shift
