About the role

T2 Tech is looking for a talented Healthcare/Technical Marketing Writer to join our team in the Hospital and Health Care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting informative, engaging, and persuasive copy that will drive interest and engagement in our healthcare services. The Healthcare Marketing Writer will work closely with our marketing department to create compelling content for a variety of channels, including print and digital media, advertising, social media, and email campaigns.

This position will start as a contract position, with the potential of a long-term writing project option. Services will be requested on an as needed basis. This person can work remotely with flexible hours and has the option to come into the office when/if necessary.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting informative, engaging, and persuasive copy that will drive interest and engagement in our healthcare services. The Healthcare Marketing Writer will work closely with our marketing department to create compelling content for a variety of channels, web platform, blogs, whitepapers social media, and email campaigns.

The ideal applicant should also have a background in IT or be IT savvy in order to understand the language and terminology used as well as marketing/SEO/social media experience. Preferably, this candidate will also be able to craft informative, engaging, and persuasive copy that will drive interest and engagement in our IT & healthcare services. This Writer should be able to use their IT and Healthcare knowledge and understanding of tone, branding and marketing to write to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including print and digital media, advertising, social media, and email campaigns
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our healthcare services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform the creation of effective marketing messaging
• Collaborate closely with our marketing department to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive interest and engagement in our healthcare services

• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all marketing messaging
• Plan, research and conduct independent industry and competitor analysis in order to maintain a leading edge over our competition
• Write for multiple healthcare specialties and constantly adapt to new medical innovations, developing new content as needed
• Develop and maintain writing guidelines and ensure that all marketing communications adhere to them
• Utilize understanding of patience care and satisfaction to build compelling copy to attract and maintain patients
• Utilize understanding of SEO and hashtags with content to maximize search awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
• Proven experience crafting messaging in marketing-driven way to drive audiences is a must
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing with a healthcare background
• Strong knowledge and experience writing for the Healthcare space
• Strong knowledge and experience writing for the Technical space
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to develop effective marketing messaging that resonates with target audiences
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to quickly grasp complex healthcare concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Ability to use subject matter expertise to craft compelling marketing content
• Must have an understanding of SEO, hashtags, and other tools to ensure the effectiveness of content
• Having experience in both Technical & Healthcare writing in a marketing capacity is a must
• Must be US based Citizen for employment
