Job description

Trillium Construction is seeking Shop Fabricators for a long-term temp-to-hire position in Chattanooga, TN.


Candidates MUST be a Fabricator by trade. Candidates will be reading blueprints, fitting parts together, and then welding them in place. Mainly flux-core and MIG welding. Must have experience working in manufacturing environments, have a good attitude, and be willing to learn.


Candidate must want to work overtime. Pay is approximately $20-$22/hr depending on experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday with optional Saturdays, working anywhere from 50-70 hours per week depending on work load.
