Job description
Apply now and attend our Open Interview Day on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 10am - 12pm inside the Lodge. All Managers will be available for an on the spot interview! Lifeguard positions to guard the lodge outdoor pool are available from May 24, 2024 through September 8, 2024. Potentially longer depending on business levels and weather. Preferred that candidates are available the entire season. Maumee Bay Lodge will pay for Lifeguard certification course through the Red Cross or YMCA. Pay Rate is $12.00/hour plus a bonus based on hours worked for the season averaging anywhere from $150 - $350 (the more you work, the higher the bonus!). Extra bonus available to those that work through Labor Day and extra bonus to work beyond Labor Day, if needed. Qualifications: * Must be 16 or older
- Must possess Lifeguard Certification along with First Aid, AED and CPR certification by May 24, 2024
- Flexible scheduling available, but prefer candidates available day shifts or night shifts during the summer.
- Weekends & holidays are required.
