Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Electronics Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling, packing, and shipping of electronic products within our warehouse. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Electronics Warehouse Worker will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. This position is a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming electronic products, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect for any damage or defects.
2. Inventory Management: Organize and maintain electronic components and devices in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility.
3. Picking and Packing: Accurately pick electronic items based on customer orders, pack them securely, and prepare packages for shipping.
4. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure products meet established standards before shipment.
5. Labeling and Documentation: Properly label packages with shipping information, generate shipping documents, and update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
6. Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and transport electronic products within the warehouse.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with other warehouse team members, logistics, and customer service teams to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment, including handling electronic products with care and following proper disposal procedures for damaged items.
9. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
10. Reporting: Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the warehouse supervisor or manager promptly.
