We are looking for a full-time employee who is enthusiastic about learning and growing with the company. The Controller will be in charge of our Development's accounting procedures and internal/external financial statements, as well as all active development sites. This position necessitates the creation of internal controls as well as the management of processes related to financial and business record-keeping, such as accounts payable, cost records, bank deposits, financial statement projections, and budgeting. Furthermore, the Controller will be in charge of keeping track of department expenditures and exercising judgment to ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Key Skills:
- Bachelors of Science in Accounting
- 7+ years of Accounting experience
- Construction Accounting experience
- CPA (preferred)
- GAAP experience
- $100k - $150k (DOE)
