Job description
Danbury, Connecticut based property management firm is seeking highly motivated and experienced community association managers to join our company.
Requirements:
The Association Manager will interact with staff, board members, committee members, residents, and third-party vendors. CMCA certification and experience in managing community associations is required. Must have skills in accounting and financial reporting, experience with Microsoft software, good oral and written communication skills, and strong management skills. Candidates must attend evening meetings and will be on call for off-hour emergency calls. Salary commensurate with experience – the range is $75,000-$100,000 per year.
