YOUR MAIN DUTIES BELOW…..
- Lead, manage, coach and motivate the team while driving HVAC sales.
- Working closely with leadership to align business unit strategies with overall company goals/values.
- Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly HVAC sales goals.
- Drive the team to follow the processes.
- Provide world class customer service to every customer.
- Facilitate training in the office, in the field, etc.
- Ensure efficient and well-planned scheduling of all calls.
- Bottom line accountability for assigned divisions.
- Willingness to run calls independently when business demands permit.
- Build and maintain positive working relations with field, office, and management.
- Resolve problems and exploit opportunities and maximize profits.
- Customer Service: work with the assigned salesperson at each of their accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A PROSPECTIVE SERVICE MANAGER:
- Valid driver's license required**
- At least 3+ years in a management/leadership role with proven sales performance required**
- At least 2+ years in an HVAC role possessing technical skills is highly preferred
- Available by phone to assist technicians and coaches; includes nights and weekends.
- Full knowledge of heating/cooling/electrical and hydronic operating systems.
- Positive outlook that followers can feed from.
- Capable of handling damage control calls.
- Capable of handling opportunities that did not close the first time of service.
- Maintain a professional image and safe working conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to think creatively, outside the box.
- Willing and able to accept and embrace constant change.
$80K Base Salary + Commission. Overall compensation in the $120K-$160K range.
