Responsibilities:
- Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
- Coordinating culinary team tasks.
- Strong financial experience in managing a profitable kitchen.
- Upholding safety and hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
- Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Hiring and training your culinary team.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Working with local farmers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of working in a high-volume restaurant
- Advanced knowledge of culinary trends, principles, and practices.
- Italian cuisine and pasta-making experience are a must.
- Excellent knowledge of ordering and inventory.
- Excellent ability to manage a profitable kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
