Position Overview:
A reasonable estimate for this position is $66,259 -$72,404.


The Department of American Studies at UC Davis is seeking an instructor to teach one course in spring quarter of the 2023-24 academic year, AMS 55: Food in American Culture (4 units).

Course description: Relationship between food and culture; relationship between food and the social order; influences on eating habits and the tensions between them including identity, convenience, and responsibility; multiple disciplines and genres.

Classroom instruction dates and times, as well as office hours, to be arranged.
