Job description
We are currently seeking an individual passionate about giving back to the community to join our client management team at Maverick Solutions, a nonprofit fundraising firm in the Indianapolis area. The Entry Level Account Manager will collaborate closely with our fundraising team to plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising initiatives throughout the local community. This role provides hands-on training with the goal of advancing to a Senior Level quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns and strategies.
- Support account management and event logistics for both new and existing clients.
- Ensure excellent client representation at local community events.
- Drive donations, community awareness, and donor loyalty through fundraising activities.
- Participate in daily meetings at our office to stay informed about client knowledge and updates.
- Additional responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to work hands-on in the local community.
- Strong customer service and excellent organizational/time management skills.
- Comfortable working as part of a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, and advertising is a plus.
- Occasional travel is required.
