DeAngelis Legal is seeking an experienced Internal Operations Attorney to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing estate planning, revocable trusts, and fundamental legal tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney in high-level estate planning while contributing to the growth of our firm.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, posing challenging questions to provide sophisticated legal solutions.
- Practice areas include general estate, wills, trusts, and probate.
- Independently manage small estates and undergo training for midsize and larger estates.
- Act as the ongoing point of contact for clients, ensuring a personalized and thoughtful legal approach.
- Collaborate closely with an experienced attorney specializing in high-level estate planning.
- Uphold our commitment to avoiding the "trust mill" approach, focusing on quality over quantity.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience.
- AZ license required.
- While transactional, estate planning, or corporate experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
- Probate experience is a plus, and training will be provided.
- Willingness to be part of a small firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
