Job description
We are in search of a dynamic Access Management Engineering Team Leader, who can ensure the utmost levels of system availability and stability. This role involves managing team changes, incidents, and outages to minimize any potential impact on IAM services. The successful candidate will align team priorities and goals with regulatory, corporate, and system engineering priorities, and will be adept at identifying, developing, and deploying opportunities for system improvements.
This role also includes the responsibility for relevant IAM product licensing and subscriptions, with a keen eye on cost containment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to enhance and automate IAM processes and procedures as identified by the IAM Operations team.
As a facilitator, this role requires the ability to act as an intermediary to help resolve ongoing and/or complex issues. The successful candidate will also lead the identification and implementation of next-generation IAM services and technologies, leveraging industry-standard technologies and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, having successfully guided teams of engineers, contractors, and third-party collaborators in the delivery of intricate, interoperable systems.
A deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and risk management best practices is highly advantageous. The candidate should also possess a strong background in project management, enterprise implementation, strategic planning, business acumen, and change management.
Technical proficiency is a must, particularly with one or more of the following technologies: SailPoint IIQ, SecureID, Adaptive Authentication, Splunk, Venafi, Entrust, CA Siteminder, and Ping. Familiarity with CyberArk, Active Directory, Splunk, InfoBlox, Azure, and AWS is also preferred.
