TNPRC - Microbiology
Location: Covington, LA

Summary
Work in partnership with the Chair, Faculty, Office Administrative Staff, the Chair's Lab Manager, and other staff members, in a timely and accurate manner, to manage administrative and research activities of the Division of Microbiology. Serve as the business/financial officer and marketing, hiring and communication manager for the Division. Manage overall financial aspects of the Division, to include, but not limited to analyzing division budget, ensuring adequate reconciliation of all accounts, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring research compliance. In coordination with the Office Administrative Staff and the Chair's lab manager, who oversees the Chair's grants and contracts, he/she is responsible for management and oversight of research program activities, including providing logistic, administrative, programmatic, and financial support for sponsored research projects. Responsible for overseeing financial management and human resources within the division. Supervise Division Administrative staff.
