Job Summary:
GoAuto, a premier auto dealership in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager/F&I to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, commission-only sales position, with the opportunity to earn between $40,000 and $80,000 per year. In this management role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve sales goals and providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Manager/F&I, you will also be responsible for managing the Finance & Insurance (F&I) process to maximize profits for the dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation package of $40,000 to $80,000 per year, with commission-based incentives. The compensation will be paid biweekly. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and fast-paced environment and receive training and development to enhance your skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee the F&I process and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Maximize profits by securing financing, extended warranties, and other aftermarket products for customers
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to increase dealership revenue
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team
- Extensive knowledge of the F&I process and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
