Solder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Inspection and touch-up of SMT components

• Manual assembly of thru-hole components onto printed circuit boards “PCB’s” using blueprints, bill of material charts, process sheets, drawings and or verbal instructions

• Soldering of thru-hole components

• In-process inspection of “PCB’s” as needed

• Mechanical assembly of various hardware using blueprints, bill of material charts, process sheets, drawings and or verbal instructions

Solder Qualifications:

• Qualified candidate should possess the ability to achieve a high level of concentration • Qualified candidate should be highly detail oriented and able to follow a specified order of instructions

• Ability to distinguish between color coded electronic components

• Positive attitude and the motivation to excel • Ability to work well with others; team-oriented

• Working knowledge of computers 

• Knowledge of soldering techniques

• Knowledge of electronics components

• Prior “PCB” assembly experience

• Familiarity with the IPC standards of the electronics industry

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
