Client in Villa Rica is looking for some one with experience with a Rubber Mill or Rubber Press.

Rubber Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:30am to 07:00pm)

• Operating the assigned machine(s) according to the instruction, training and allocation from supervisor

• Aligning materials to the machine(s) according to the work ticket

• Ensure required material is available and pro-active action if material is missing

• First visual examination of all manufactured products and immediate report to supervisor if any problems detected in regards to quality of produced part

• Perform quantity checks

• Following the production and quality processes applicable

• Packaging into designated boxes in accordance with instructions or work order

• Fill, sign and maintain all required documents

• Perform a proper workflow according to the work ticket steps with correct quantities, dates, signatures

• maintaining a clean and safe equipment and workplace

Rubber Press Operator Qualifications:

• You have at least 2 years experience in operating a rubber mill and /or rubber injection & rubber compression press
• You have experience in welding 
• You have a driver's license or reliable transport to work
• You are reliable, motivated and dedicated to the job tasks and duties
• You have the ability to work efficient, independently but also well in a team

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
