Job Title: Account Executive/Senior Account Executive - Benefits
Summary :
Assists the Team Leader and acts in a consulting capacity, administers client marketing, renewals, and daily service functions. Acquires a knowledge of all phases of the Account Management career track within the Benefits Department.
Essential Duties and Functions :
- All responsibilities that fall within the Account Manager role.
- Proactive development and execution of client benefit strategy.
- Proficient level of compliance, benchmarking, renewal & marketing, reporting & analytics, and able to perform these functions with little guidance from the team lead.
- Independently or in partnership with Team Leader, leads client meetings and presentations.
- Coordinates onboarding of new clients.
- Strong knowledge of and relationships with vendors.
- Delegates tasks, training and onboarding as appropriate.
- Monitors and recommends opportunities for client revenue enhancement.
Account Executive
- All responsibilities that fall within the Account Executive role.
- Expert level of compliance, benchmarking, renewal & marketing, reporting & analytics, and able to perform these functions independently.
- Independently leads client meetings and presentations.
- Independently onboards new clients.
- Development of client specific management and financial programs.
- Review financial and management reports monthly.
- Develop sales or cross-selling opportunities with current clients.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Account Executive
- 4+ years of employee benefits experience with an exceptional understanding and knowledge of all lines of employee benefits.
- Has mastered essential duties and functions of the Account Executive position.
