If you are a Quality Manager with 10+ years and Aerospace/Defense industry experience, please read on!

We are a leader in advanced composite manufacturing and design engineering, delivering durable solutions for space, defense and infrastructure industries. We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive AS9100 Rev D Quality System experience and ideally Aerospace or Defense manufacturing experience.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for fully implementing AS9100 and scale the quality organization and processes. You will also be responsible for assuring quality products by establishing quality standards and developing the Quality organization, including hiring of talent.

What You Need for this Position

- ISO 9001 / AS9100
- Ideally manufacturing of Aerospace and Defense products
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or related discipline

At least 10 years of experience with:
- Quality Management
- Quality Manufacturing
- Job shop and lower volume production manufacturing

Pluses (not required):
- Products made of composite materials or metallic materials
