KPS3 is currently looking for an account coordinator to join our team of marketing strategists, developers, creatives and analytics junkies. Account coordinators are a part of the client service team, helping to manage projects for a variety of clients.

To do this, our coordinator has to have:

• Flexibility and the ability to work on multiple projects at once, often for different clients in different industries
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
• A desire to work in a team environment and help teammates
• Basic knowledge of and ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• At least 1-2 years of project management experience
• Ability to manage their time while preserving accuracy, quality and strategy
• A great attitude and the desire to learn and create awesome work for our clients

Account coordinators should be proactive, communicative, curious, and driven team players who love project management, strategy, analytics, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to serve and support clients and will learn the agency ropes as you go.

Major pluses:

• Prior marketing and/or agency experience
• Interest in strategy and researching trends
• Experience with managing and executing marketing plans and projects
• Experience using project management software
• WordPress knowledge
• Google Analytics experience or certification
• Located near our Reno headquarters
